Huge shout-out to Don for his help during my diamond search! After I posted a stone check for an emerald cut lab diamond, Don reached out to me with honest, expert feedback that saved me from choosing a mediocre stone. He provided several high-quality options and was consistently kind and responsive to my endless questions. He helped me decipher IGI certificates and evaluate different stone options. Thanks to his guidance, I found the perfect stone for my custom engagement ring.
I had already paid for my custom ring with an overseas vendor by the time I found Don, otherwise, I totally would have gone with him! I guess you can never have too much jewelry... ;)
If you're looking for someone knowledgeable and patient to help you navigate the diamond world, I can't recommend him enough!

Don helped source a beautiful diamond for me fitting the exact specs I wanted, in a color very similar to what I originally looked for, and for an AMAZING price. I ended up going with his company and will definitely do again in the future. Y’all have gained a customer for life

Don has been nothing but amazing. I knew exactly what I wanted and was extremely selective/ critical. We spent a month tracking down the 3 stones for an engagement ring setting.
He was on top of sending me suggestions that fell within my criteria and worked with the supplier to get supporting tweezer videos. Was honest and called out when he saw something that may be unfavorable in the videos.
Ultimately we found the main stone pretty quickly but finding the sister stones for the sides took some time (absolutely no fault of his). He was persistent with the vendors and we finally found two matching stones and they arrived perfect as well.
I could not recommend him enough and 100% in the future when we are looking for stones for the wedding bands I absolutely plan to work with him for those also.
All of that and he was just super personable the entire time and would enjoy good conversation while we worked through the process.

Don was super helpful in my search for the best deal on a specific diamond I was seeing on LGD and Calavera. Don’s prices were on par with the overseas vendors (which means cheaper with current tariffs), and they were much cheaper than Calavera and LGD’s prices!
We ended up going through an oversees vendor to get mountings/settings included in the end price; however, I now know Don also offers these settings as well 😆. We’ll definitely be checking with Don for future purchases and recommend others do as well!

Experience: Helped me search online and pick out a center stone for my ring. Very patient and ultimately, I purchased the stone based on his suggestion straight from rare carat and I even got a lower price. When the ring came in person I sent pictures and absolutely loved it. I even got help with the setting and any questions I had would always get a response no matter how ridiculous or crazy – even about insurance related questions. So helpful!! Thank you!
